In this workshop Andi Roberts will explore the use of visuals to support strategy development and more importantly execution. The session will explore-in depth how canvasses can be used to gain greater employee engagement to support strategy execution and enable participants to work through a number of different canvasses.

During the session we will also explore how canvasses can be supported by two other common visual tools: innovation games and visual planning posters. Finally we will spend some time working in peer groups to explore how the ideas from the session can be applied back in your organisation. Expect energy, insights and practical take-aways.

Speaker's BIO

Andi Roberts is an accomplished coach and facilitator with extensive experience in supporting large-scale transformations. He has served in leadership positions in a range of companies:  As a manager in a Fortune 100 professional services organisation, a human resource director of a mid-sized health company, partner in a corporate events and conferences company and owner of a boutique consulting company.

He brings extensive international experience, having worked in over twenty five countries. Andi’s client list features a broad range of worldwide knowm companies like Airbus, American Express, Samsung, IBM, and Epson, as well as private-sector organisations such as public-sector organisations represented by local, national, and European government entities (such the European Commission). 

Andi is a Certified Professional Facilitator of the International Association of Facilitators and a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. Academically, he holds a Professional Diploma in Management, Master’s degree in Business Administration, MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice and an MA in Online and Distance Education. He is currently studying a BSc in Design & Innovation.
