  Curtis Michelson   10:15 - 11:00

Curtis MichelsonToday, who is the kind of leader who can help move organizations through transformative change? In this thought provoking discussion, prepare to be surprised by a description of the new change leader - full of paradox and contradiction. New change leaders are strong and subtle. Smart and ignorant. Invested but able to let go. They pull more than push. Listen more than they talk. Serve more than they command. Build consensus, more than make deals.

  Adrian Reed   11:00 - 11:45

Adrian ReedThe words "strategy" and "strategic" are frequently used in organisations and might be seen by some as "corporate buzzwords". Yet in reality, having a clearly articulated strategy is a crucial enabler for organizational alignment, transformation and success. As BAs, we need to ensure that our projects and programs align with strategy--else we may end up with different departments and teams pulling in different directions (and we may end up getting caught in the cross fire!)
