Primož Mihelič M.Sc., 43, Member of the Board in TPV. He has been active in Automotive Industry for a half of his life. All this time he has been tightly connected to R&D and to marketing.  He has been researching and innovating the marketing methods and R&D processes and applying them in reality in automotive supplier companies. Extended enterprise and concurrent engineering are his main fields of interest. Mr. Mihelic owns 5 patents.

As a member of various bodies like Board for Reforms, Committee for National R&D Programme, Project Council of SLORITTS, he has contributed to Slovene national programs for development. In his actions he strives for an increased cooperation among industry, academia and government , also in the role of Board of  Trustees' Vice President of University Research Center (URS) in Novo mesto and member of the Expert Board of Entrepreneurial Incubator Podbreznik in Novo mesto.

Mr. Mihelic is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and a Master of Business Administration (NEOS MBA, IIBS - Italy and Clemson University - United States).

In his career he was a co-author of business strategies in Cimos (Strategy 1996 – 2006) and in TPV (Strategy 2006 – 2011). In realizing these strategies he was responsible for different business functions from marketing, sales, research, product and production process development, purchasing up to project management. Common core of both strategies is the company’s own development and the pursuit of a global excellence. Both strategies were realized without any important deviation.

Franc Bračun Ph.D.,  has been working on the development of organizations' business performance for over 15 years. He was an Electronic Banking sector manager in SKB bank where he managed several projects along with his duties as a manager. One of these projects involved establishing the first internet banking system in Slovenia. He was an executive director of retail banking in Abanka Vipa from 2001 to 2007 where he was in charge of product and services development for customers, card operations and sales in the Abanka branch network. He managed numerous projects in that period. Among other things, he incorporated bancassurance as a service of Abanka. He has been the executive director of R&D from 2008, in charge of strategic product and services development, business processes, banking technology, and the project management office. His business career has given him much practical experience in the areas of strategic planning and designing of business models, developing new products and services, managing business processes, project management, team building and team management. He has written numerous professional and scientific articles for national and international professional publications. He is a regular lecturer in national and international professional conferences. He has cooperated on various professional and scientific conferences as a member of the program or the organization committee. He is a member of numerous associations and a member of the board of IIBA Slovenia Chapter.

Stojan Košti M.Sc., IT manager and expert covering many levels of analyzing and designing information systems. As an information architect he is involved in particular stages of analyze and design seeking to find out proper Enterprise Architecture to improve performance, security and robustness of IT networks, systems and applications. As a business and system analyst, he accomplished in full life cycles on numerous projects from initial conception to completion from customer liaison, process and systems analysis, design and development, programming, testing to implementation. His research is focused on field of business analysis and implementation of strategies for on-line business. He also participate on large international projects, supported by the EU funds. He is an author of many professional and scientific articles in domestic and international publications. As a lecturer attends at many national and international conferences. He is a member of IIBA Slovenia Chapter.

Aljaž Prusnik, CBAP, is an experienced business analyst and he is the first one in Slovenia with the CBAP certificate for a business analyst professional. He’s line of work was mostly process modeling, requirements engineering, analysis and modeling for various state administration offices in Slovenia and Montenegro and in the last couple of years in a major Slovenian bank. He is an active participant in the Slovenian IIBA chapter where he further pursues the knowledge of business analysis.

Aleš Štempihar, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Economics, CompTIA Project + certified project manager, combines his education in business, project management and IT with over 20 years of experience from different business areas and consulting services for designing integral business solutions. Within his consulting company Askit d.o.o., he uses the approaches of BA (especially enterprise analysis, project management and classical management skills) to manage the business challenges of clients, which involves cooperation with upper and middle management on different business functions. He has finished around a hundred projects in the area of strategy reengineering, project management optimization, establishing project offices and overseeing business IT projects. He has also lectured in over 50 goal-oriented consulting seminars with over 500 attendees. His core focus is on: the big picture (systemic thinking, managing complexity), using professional skills in individual areas (analytical thinking), connecting different areas (synthesis) and stakeholders (cooperation), creative and out-of-the box thinking, searching for win-win synergies. He has written numerous articles in the System and Finance newspapers. He was an initiator and content organizer for the Project management in practice and Advanced business approaches conferences.He is a member of many societies and associations and is the first president of the IIBA Slovenia Chapter, having introduced business analysis to Slovenia.
