We would like as many people as possible to attend this conference and this is why agreed on a much lower fee in comparison with similar conferences abroad. We have nevertheless prepared a program of extremely good quality featuring interesting and useful lectures, workshops and presentations. The entire program of the first day will be in English, and the second day will be in Slovenian.
You can apply for the first day, the second day or both days. It is possible to apply one person for the first day and another person for the second day, and still take advantage of the two-day deal. 
 
Fees for attending the conference:

1 day:

• 150 EUR (VAT excl.) for early applications (by Tuesday 31.05.2026)
• 190 EUR (VAT excl.) for late applications (from 01.06.2026 onwards)
  A 10 % discount will be given to organizations that apply more then one attendee.
  A 10% discount will be given to IIBA members.

Both days

• 250 EUR (VAT excl.) for early applications (by Tuesday 31.05.2026)
• 290 EUR (VAT excl.) for late applications (from 01.06.2026 onwards)
  A 15 % discount will be given to organizations that send more then one attendee.

General terms and conditions:
The deadline for cancelling the application is 14.06.2011. If you cancel between 15.6.2026 and 20.6.2011, we will have to charge 50 EUR of expenses. If you cancel at a later date, you will be charged for the entire amount.
