Sonja KlopčičMag. Sonja Klopčič je svojo poslovno pot je kot diplomirana inženirka elektrotehnike začela kot raziskovalka v podjetju ETI Izlake in nadaljevala v novoustanovljenem podjetju ORIA, kjer je bila tri mandate direktorica. Zatem je prevzela odgovornosti direktorice za razvoj kompetenc v skupini TRIMO, nato pa kot krizna managerka vodila družbo SVEA. Zdaj vodi Center poslovne odličnosti Ekonomske fakultete. Zanimajo jo ljudje, njihovi potenciali in razvijanje novih pristopov in poslovnih modelov za ustvarjalno, uspešno in učinkovito delo. Svoje poslanstvo razume tudi kot dajanje impulzov za spremembe in vodenje sprememb. Od leta 2009 piše blog v voditeljstvu (www.i-leaders.net).

As BAs, we need to ensure that our projects and programs align with strategy--else we may end up with different departments and teams pulling in different directions (and we may end up getting caught in the cross fire!)

Rok PongracV prispevku bo predstavljena vpeljava sistema upravljanja sprememb (Change Management) v Zavarovalnici Triglav, ki na strukturiran način vodi ljudi skozi spremembo v želeno ciljno stanje. V prvem delu prispevka bo razloženo zakaj je bilo potrebno vzpostaviti sistem upravljanja sprememb. ter kakšni so svetovni trendi na področju upravljanja sprememb. V drugem delu prispevka bo predstavljena uporabljena metodologija, ki je prilagojena poslovnim procesom zavarovalnice ter delovanje sistema upravljanja sprememb. V tretjem (sklepnem) delu bo predstavljen praktičen primer delovanja sistema upravljanja sprememb v Zavarovalnici Triglav d.d.
