Marc Sniukas: Global Expert on Strategic Innovation.

Marc partners with leadership teams and their organizations to find opportunities for new growth, develop breakthrough strategies and innovative business models to seize them and transform their organization to execute the new growth strategy.

He has worked with major corporations across a wide range of industries in Europe, the US, Canada, Latin America, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Turkey, China and South Africa.

Besides his corporate work, Marc is currently a visiting professor at CEDIM, where he teaches Innovation and Business Model Innovation within the Master of Business Innovation program and he is researching business model innovation as part of Manchester Business School’s DBA program. Marc has also run courses at leading business schools including Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, the Boston University School of Management, and the European Business School London among others.

Before going into consulting he worked in the music industry and was the founder and managing director of a training organization, where he developed and delivered executive programs on strategy, leadership, general management and business administration for companies worldwide.

Marc holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, studied training and organizational development at Salzburg University and is currently a doctoral candidate (DBA) at Manchester Business School.

Born and raised in the Ardennes of northern Luxembourg, he is fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish. He currently lives with his wife close to Luxembourg city.
