This section is intended for the representatives of human resources and human resource development departments.

The first presentation will focus on realizing benefits from superior knowledge by Darko Korbar, adviser to the director of the Jožef Stefan Institute. The lecture will undoubtedly be interesting as it will feature current topics of fusing knowledge and innovation in this reputable research institute.

Next contribution will focus on the comprehensive competency model on the example of business analysts. It will be presented by Petra Treven Bernat, executive director of the Trescon d.o.o. human resource development agency.

The section will continue with two workshops focusing on facilitating and encouraging creativity based on the De Bono approaches, presented by Nastja Mulej.
