The contribution by IIBA Chapter Slovenia

Aleš Štempihar, president of IIBA Chapter Slovenia, will first give a presentation, entitled The challenges of successfully implementing strategies in organizations' operation, which shows the main obstacles for quick practical implementation of strategies. This can be one of the causes for diminishing competitive advantages in organizations, which can even endanger their very existence. His advice can help managers establish who can help them in dealing with these challenges and how will they do it.
