The topics in the plenary part will focused on core questions, providing information about: the elements organizations require to be successful and competitive in today's economy; the barriers companies face while transferring their remodeled strategy into practice along with advice to overcome them; achieving business innovation by using adequate business models. The conference will then be divided into three sections:
- PERFORMANCE - focused on improving the performance of organizations.
- COMPETENCE - focused on human resource development, accompanied by a workshop focused on encouraging creativity and facilitation as a means of encouraging cooperation under equal terms.
- EFFICIENCY - presenting the tools and approaches for improving efficiency.
The conference will be concluded by a round table meeting, where four Slovenian organizations will present their views on the development of the business performance of organizations and their role in that process. |
